About Me

I am a senior graphic designer, currently employed by the City of Orlando in the Mayor’s Office of Communications and Neighborhood Relations. I’m also the art director at REACH, itsjustreach.com, an internet marketing firm. I love attracting large crowds with big ideas. I have a nerdy love for public information and education and a soft spot for wildlife and environmental issues.

Kissimmee, FL has been my home since I was born. I spent a lot of my wonder years drawing on the inside cover of my coloring books. My college, The International Academy of Design and Technology, impressed me mostly by having “design” and “technology” in its name. After working for an offset print shop for 5 years, working efficiently is the mode I’m most comfortable in. I love the challenge of a brain storm session and coming up with a solution. While branding and print design are my strongest skill sets, I’m currently spending a lot of time growing my hand lettering muscle.

I’m a Christian, husband, father, screen printed poster collector and lover of science. If this graphic gig doesn’t work out, is it to late to be an astronaut? I listen to a lot of comedy podcasts while working, but feel guilty about it and eventually throw in some NPR fer learnin’. I’ve always been an introvert, but I never pass on the opportunity to make someone laugh. I’m mediocre at a lot of sports and not great at one. I try to be generous with my time and I hope people would support that statement.
